Satish Mishra
2020
Satish and Aarti have been Richmondites since 2013. They have been in the states since 2007 and after traveling coast to coast decided Richmond was the best place for their family. Satish is in IT space with Anthem and loves sports, music, and reading. Aarti is in HR with Anthem and loves music and painting and is a great peoples person. They have two beautiful daughters Ipsita and Myra. These pretty girls also love music and have a passion for dancing. They came to know about IAVA last year and since then this group is like a second family to them.
Rajbans Joshi
2018, 2019
Rajbans Joshi and his wife Kim have been in Richmond since 2010 and are proud to be a part of the Indian community in Richmond. Rajbans is a Product Owner at AMC Technology and Kim is an entreprenuer. They have been married since 2012 and both of them are avid travellers, hardcore foodies and always ready to experiment something new and adventurous. Rajbans had been a part of the IAVA Membership team in the year 2016. In the year 2017, he took over as Vice President, Operations. He loves interacting with people and getting engaged in various volunteering activities and he hopes that he gets to do both in the year ahead.
Rakesh Bainsla
2016, 2017
Rakesh & Deep Bainsla, are Richmond resident since 2011 has been active volunteer and key contributor in Indian community activities. Rakesh was the president of IAVA in the year 2016 & 2017. Rakesh & Deep are married for 15 years and resides in Twin Hickory,VA with their daughter Khushi (13) and son Rahul (10). Rakesh is an avid sports aficionado and a runner, as a family they enjoy traveling, adventure sports, and listening to music. Deep come from a political family background.
Her cousin brother is sitting MLA from Faridabad. Khushi and Rahul are also actively engaged in volunteering activities.
Milind Pendse
2015
Milind Pendse is an Active member in Indian community and is known for his community service across multiple organizations. he is also in Executive committee of AASOCV. He was IAVA president in 2015 and IAVA flourished in his tenure and reached new heights. Milind is married to his beautiful wife Rupali (who is also very active community member) and is blessed with a daughter and son.
Raj Dubey
2014
Raj Dubey, Came to USA in 1987 for higher education; after completing my education, moved to Richmond in year of 1996. Have more than 30 years of community service experience in various capacities with various organizations. Have served and are serving on various board, including county of Henrico. Married for 36 years to Sudha, has two children Priyanka and Prasant, son-in-law Rahul and daughter-in-law Anshu.
Govind Pandey

Govind Pandey is an Active member in Indian community and is known for his humbleness. He was IAVA president in 2013 and IAVA flourished in his tenure and reached new heights. Govind is married to his beautiful wife Nutan and is blessed with a daughter and son.
